When I am not at work, I am usually training or thinking about archery. I spend much of my time practicing, competing, and refining my shot.
Archery has a way of pulling me into a very narrow focus. It is physical without being chaotic, repetitive without being dull. Hours of small, deliberate movements add up to something meaningful. Strength, coordination, and patience all matter, but so does the willingness to show up and do the same thing well, again and again.

I enjoy the process as much as the shooting. Tuning equipment, adjusting setup, and learning how small changes affect performance are part of the appeal. Just as important is the mental side. Staying calm under pressure, committing to a shot, and resetting after a bad arrow are skills that carry far beyond the range.

I have been fortunate to travel around Europe competing, meeting people, and shooting in very different environments. The aim is to take that further and go global next year.
