Fellow Stagg EKG Kettle

The Fellow Stagg kettle is excellent for pour over coffee. The gooseneck spout gives precise control over flow and agitation, which makes it ideal for manual brewers and repeatable recipes. When dialing in a brew, it feels deliberate and well considered.

As an everyday kettle, it falls short. Pouring is intentionally slow, which becomes frustrating when making tea or filling a larger vessel. The lack of auto shut off is the bigger issue. Guests almost always forget, and it becomes a recurring friction point in shared spaces. As a dedicated coffee tool it performs very well. As your only kettle, it asks for more patience than most people have.
