Sennheiser IE 200

The Sennheiser IE 200 fundamentally changed how I appreciate music, with a level of clarity and balance that is easy to get lost in. For the size and price, the sound quality is exceptional and rewards focused listening in a way few earphones do.

There are caveats. The stock cable spins around, making insertion awkward, and it transmits loud rustling noise when moving. Swapping the cable is almost essential. I also recommend replacing the stock ear tips, which significantly improves comfort and isolation and lets the drivers perform at their best.
